They came the very day I called giving a clear indication of the cost of the service fee. Found the problem with my dryer, greased the bearings and now it’s working just fine and the repair cost was the cost of the service visit. Would recommend them highly to others.

Vasyl was our technician, and we had an amazing experience - could not have asked for anything more. He came right at the beginning of our scheduled window and was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. He took the time to assess the problem, explain his solution, took great care in taking our dishwasher out to repair and putting it back in to place, and got it up and running all in less than 30 minutes. We were incredibly impressed with his expertise and how efficient he was. Hopefully, we won't have any more issues with our dishwasher, but I am grateful that we won't have to worry even if we do. We realized our fridge had stopped cooling so we gave this S.V. Appliance Repair a call on a Saturday morning. A tech was there a few hours later and diagnosed the issue. The part was ordered and the technician came back Monday afternoon to finish the repair. I can't stress how quick and efficient they were with our fridge issue. The speed and quality of service blew us away. We will definitely only use this company from now on and highly recommend them should you have any appliance issues.

Woke to a broken refrigerator. Called several places who told me they could not attend until the next day. Called S.V. Appliances and they told me they could be there within two hours. Vasyl showed up and had the problem diagnosed within a few minutes. He understood the urgency in getting the refrigerator working. He left and told me he would return within an hour with the part needed. Upon his return the new part was installed and my refrigerator was back up and running.
