S.V appliances were quick with same day service when we called. Vasyl was polite and ordered the part for our washer. To no fault of their own, it took 3 weeks to arrive. Upon arrival was installed quickly. Next day, washer was not working and Vasyl came back out same day to diagnosis and determined at this point was not worth fixing. He quickly offered to refund all the money, including the initial service fee. Thank you for the honest business. We would use you again if ever needed.

I hired S.V to do a refrigerator repair after calling other companies with unsuccessful results SV showed up spent multiple hours trying to diagnose our issue he just didn't give up like the other companies I strongly recommend SV if you need appliances fixed such a great man and amazing service! Vasyl was our technician, and we had an amazing experience - could not have asked for anything more. He came right at the beginning of our scheduled window and was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. He took the time to assess the problem, explain his solution, took great care in taking our dishwasher out to repair and putting it back in to place, and got it up and running all in less than 30 minutes. We realized our fridge had stopped cooling so we gave this S.V. Appliance Repair a call on a Saturday morning. A tech was there a few hours later and diagnosed the issue. The part was ordered and the technician came back Monday afternoon to finish the repair. I can't stress how quick and efficient they were with our fridge issue. The speed and quality of service blew us away. We will definitely only use this company from now on and highly recommend them should you have any appliance issues.
