Woke to a broken refrigerator. Called several places who told me they could not attend until the next day. Called S.V. Appliances and they told me they could be there within two hours. Vasyl showed up and had the problem diagnosed within a few minutes. He understood the urgency in getting the refrigerator working. He left and told me he would return within an hour with the part needed. Upon his return the new part was installed and my refrigerator was back up and running. We had 2 repair men look at our washing machine. The first one said it was out of his scope of repair and referred us to another guy. The other guy came and looked at it and said it’s not worth fixing. Contacted Vasyl at SV Appliance repair, after asking the symptoms he came the next morning, and found the issue right away! He came back the next morning and replaced the MCU for a very fair and reasonable price and the washer is working good as new! I am so grateful. I went ahead and look for someone who can help us install washer and dryer at a new place. As much as I trusted my husband, I still didn't want to have any damages to the new house. And I am glad I stumbled upon this company. Serge was prompt to respond, very professional, and patient. He explained things to my husband on what to do and what not to the next time as my husband had already tried to install the appliances before. Long story short, highly highly recommend this company and people for any sort of installations. Thumbs up!!

They helped me find a replacement part for my fridge even though they didn't have it on hand, they located a different store that had it for me. Very helpful.
